The customer support for Unity is quite poor as we are forced to turn to unity forums to find our own solutions and that seems fair. However, this is not the easiest thing to do and I think that at the very least, Unity plus or pro members should be able to contact staff live to report issues so that they may be fixed immediately. Unity often updates their engine and because of that we sometimes encounter bugs for no reason that have not been raised before. I think that it is unfair that people pay for this program and have to waste their money because they are unable to work because of these issues.
