Tile Palette: Option to use TileBase subclass script when creating tiles.

There does not seem to be a way to mass create tiles using a custom TileBase subclass. I propose a dropdown box in the tile palette that allows selection of a TileBase script. Then when a sprite sheet is dropped on the palette, it will create the assets using the custom script instead of the default TileBase class.

This would be very useful when dealing with pathfinding scripts so each tile can have a movement cost float along with other simple variables (nothing Monobehavior complex).
