Support for UsedImplicitly and MeansUsedImplicitly

We would really like to run with warnings as errors, but presently that is made impossible as one of our systems rely on implicit assign and use of some variables.

In Rider we sort this via UsedImplicitlyAttribute and friends, but that of-course does not help us in Unity. We could bypass the problem by pre-compiling our assemblies, but ideally we would like to avoid that.
