Support for Instanced Rendering with Custom Data in ShaderGraph and the LW/HD-RP

Please add support for instanced rendering with custom per instance data to the ShaderGraph and respectively to the LW/HD- render pipeline master nodes / shader generation.

We suggest adding a toggle per material property in Shader Graph's blackboard. If turned on the shader generation could puts the declaration inside an instance buffer:

UNITY_INSTANCING_BUFFER_START(Props)
UNITY_DEFINE_INSTANCED_PROP(float4, _Color)
UNITY_INSTANCING_BUFFER_END(Props)

and change the access within:
UNITY_ACCESS_INSTANCED_PROP(Props, _Color)
