Support Dark Mode in macOS Mojave

No, this isn't another request for the dark skin in Free (although, come on folks, isn't it time?). This is a suggestion to enable Mojave Dark Mode in macOS.

This would bring the Mac-native UI elements in line with the rest of the OS, and would also make them blend in with Unity's dark theme a little better.

Apart from the obvious light title bar, there are various popups which use the OS skin: Account, Layers, Layout, Display to name a few.

It is ridiculous that Unity holds what amounts to a user interface preference hostage. If plus or pro subscriptions aren't able to sell on their own and require holding such a basic feature hostage, then it's time to maybe remove some hard-headed individuals from staff and re-think how the subscription model works.
