As Asset store publishers, it is our job to provide the best value to our customers. I would love for a system to see current customers and some basic activity on how they're using my Asset.
Some people purchase an asset, struggle to get immediate value, and then never email support. I would like to be able to email customers who recently purchased and provide on-going value/onboard them better so I can create meaningful relationships with my customer base.
This will also help catch more issues around UX/UI and technical bugs. I do believe a great deal of asset store purchasers never actually contact support so If I could be helping those who are least likely to speak up It would be great :)
