Replace asset folders with a tag system, effectively allowing one asset to be in many different folders

In a huge project with hundreds of assets, it can become difficult to find a specific asset. The fact that assets are sorted into folders makes it challenging to make a good sorting system. If we instead sorted objects by tags it would be much easier.

Here's an example of the tags that I'd give a script for enemy AI in an FPS:

- script
- made by Jeff
- AI
- enemy type 1
- enemy type 2
- level 1
- level 2

Having all those tags would make it super duper easy to find.
