I would want to know why do you think it is a good idea to set the minimum asset price to $4.99?
I am asking, because I just created my first asset I wanted to upload on the asset store for just $1 and not more. It's because I think that's the true worth of my created asset. The asset itself is a functioning ingame keyboard, which can be played by keyboard hotkeys or with mouse/gamepad due camera input or even with VR controllers/ingame objects which has a collider and a rigidbody attached to it. It comes with piano and church organ audio files for each key and some little features more.
All in all it is still not $5 worth. So I think other developers will not buy it for such a price.
That's why I think that you should undo these minimum price changes and allow at least a minimum price of $1 instead of $4.99.
