IL2CPP for Linux Standalone (Especially useful for cloud server efficiency)

With the 2018.1 beta running IL2CPP for OS X Standalone, I am seeing close to 3X scripting performance boost (over the normal Mono runtime on OSX) for dense Quaternions/Vector3 math, which is a frequent use case for my multiplayer servers hosted on EC2 (running Linux).

I would love to be able to take advantage of these performance improvements I'm seeing with OS X on my Linux servers! It could result in meaningful hosting cost reductions!

Thanks for all of the hard work put into IL2CPP already, it's great to see how well it's worked out!

    My game uses dedicated linux servers to work, although almost all the player base uses windows I can not switch to il2cpp because it is not available in linux. Please do not underestimate the amount of multiplayer games that use dedicated servers in Linux.

    I just compared the server performance between LinuxStandalone64 and WindowsStandalone64 and the windows build is at least two orders of magnitude faster. It would be great to get Linux IL2CPP as soon as possible to see if this improves.

    I get big performance improvements on IL2CPP, and I don't want to leave my Linux users out in the cold.
