Hinge joint 2d, setup for green angel limit center axe

Now a hinge joint 2d component with angle limits have center green axe that looks right and cannot be rotated, if I want to make it look left I should rotate whole component at 180deg, it is not good.

Other issue that it does not take in account localscale, example:
I setup knees for my 'person' to move in some angle limits, when gameobject is flipped (transform.localScale.x = -1;) the flipped knees still move in old direction.

Expected to have option that will allow to setup green center axe for angle limit, and make into account localscale
