Animator Window Zoom

To my knowledge, there is no zoom functionality in the Animator Window. You can pan, but not zoom. As animation state machines increase in complexity, it is very important to be able to get a better view of the state machine.

    Working with complex animator controllers is frustrating when you can't really get a good big picture. Zoom should be easy to implement.

    As a beginner I am having a hard time getting past a certain point just because I can't see the left hand side of animator screen. But hey I guess 4 out of 5 working animations is something. Such a simple thing, so why not?

    I am SHOCKED that this feature does not exist, in truth I hesitate to even call it a feature, it seems a strikingly obvious component of the most basic interface of this type. I'm a professor at a place where we teach UI/UX design in addition to game design, and I'm afraid Unity would get a failing grade for the Animator Window. The notion that there is some technical issue preventing implementation is laughable. I find myself plugging in a second monitor just to free up screen real estate to see the whole state machine; an ugly workaround if ever I've seen one. So far this at the absolute top of my list of needed improvements to the Editor.

    In any animator controller complex enough for a commercial game, this functionality is highly desirable. It's pretty basic interface stuff.

    I thought I was dumb for not figuring out how to do it on my own. You would think this would be one of the first things that would have went into the UI for Animation.

    I do feel better that I'm not as dumb as I thought I was though.

    I'm on a laptop most of the time but even with a bigger monitor it makes it difficult to make animator states and get a bigger picture. Please implement this.
