Allow Pro users to use 4.6 and 5 on same machine on one license.

Licensing

I'm on the subscription Pro license for Unity 4 with installs on my MacBook Air and iMac.

Currently, it appears I have to de-license Unity 4 to be able to use Unity 5 as a pro user. (technically I can't even keep 4 licensed and use 5 as personal on one machine due to the EULA). This makes it a complete pain to see if our current projects will work properly in Unity 5 and is a major faff when it comes to finally switching to Unity 5.

The effect is I'm not rushing to upgrade to Unity 5 as I've got projects underway that I don't want to risk breaking or losing time on.

What I'd like is for the subscription license to properly be per-seat. So that whatever version of Unity I launch on that machine will recognise its license and make transition between versions a lot more practical.

@Graham Dunnet - I believe he was referring to having to switch the license allocation between versions. For example.. load a project in Unity 4 Pro.. then have to return the license to open another project in Unity 5 Pro on the same machine after reactivating the license with that version of Unity. Then return the license again and reallocate it to 4.6 to switch back. This would be really tedious if working on 2 projects at once that both require pro and use separate versions.

Am 101% sure that this isn't a problem, and 4.x and 5.x can both be installed and run on a machine. (I have around 15 different Unity versions on my MacBook Pro, and running any or all of them hasn't been a problem.)

This is a very logical way for things to operate, and I'm surprised they don't already do so.
