Allow Animation.SetCurve at runtime for non-legacy AnimationClips

Animation.SetCurve can not be used at runtime with mecanim clips, despite not being an Editor-only method.

If runtime-generated animations are desired, the legacy animation system must be used which means you're unable to use animation state machines, blend trees, or any of the other benefits of mecanim.

This feature would allow new animation opportunities by allowing animations to be created, or modified at runtime.
