A picker button to GameObjects variable on inspector to allow me to assign a object to it directly from the scene

It will be much more productive for level design work if the inspector of my script shows for GameObject and Transform variables a picker button similar to the picker when it is a Color variable to allow me to assign/select a object to it directly from the scene.

I currently have to drag the object from the hierarchy that is annoying when you have much objects and children objects to deal. And normally I always select it on scene first to see on hierarchy which object it is.

And the current picker that opens when click on that little circle and search by name is useless when you have a lot of objects too and they have basically the same generic names from the prefab.
