A function that if you click a UI the click doesn't go through the UI

I would like to request to have a simpler function or a specific command so that if you click or touch the UI the click won't go through. Specially for Android devices.

    Can't you disable 'Interactable' on the button (for example)? Or do you not want the button to look disabled?
