More joystick events

It seems like Unity sets joystick ID's depending on the USB port they're plugged in. The thing is, you don't get event calls when a joystick is connected or disconnected, and it's impossible to know which players are using joystick (Input.GetJoystickNames only tells you how many are connected, but not on which port).

I think there really needs to be better joystick support on this matter.
